It was while putting together a tea program for her garden club that Susan Peterson began to research the subject. "I ended up doing tea lectures all over the state," Peterson says, "and eventually decided to open my own tea room." Peterson and her staff offer their guests a chance to step back in time to a beautifully restored Victorian house. "I love seeing people come here to spend quality time together," she says. "The world is spinning so fast; we love it when people linger over tea."
