Dining Update

Hello to all! It has been a very long time and we hope you are all staying healthy. This pandemic has certainly changed life in many, many ways but one thing is for certain – we have missed you.

After having been closed for over six months in 2020, we were delighted to re-open for service (reservations required) starting on September 24, 2020! Our new hours are Thursday through Monday from 11am until 4pm – being closed Tuesday & Wednesday! We are excited to be open on Mondays after years of requests as we can now accommodate some long weekends while many other local establishments are closed.

Since re-opening, we have strictly followed the NJ Department of Health’s safety standards for indoor dining. We are open with a 50% capacity limit and many new protocols. Teaberry’s requires masks at all times unless you are actively eating or drinking at your table. Tables are spaced at least six feet apart but we ask that you please practice social distancing when walking around our establishment. We request that you please do not come and see us if you are under the weather, but we look forward to having you once you feel better! Our staff (masks required at all times) have their temperature checked at the beginning of each day and are trained in strict sanitization practices. Tables are set with all fresh linens and cleaned between use. Menus and chairs are disinfected in between guests, while other contact surfaces are cleaned throughout the day. We are constantly running our airflow system with premium virus-specific filters, and an air scrubber is set up in the boutique - both to ensure proper ventilation and higher air quality. Please note: as we are in a restored Victorian home with limited space, if you are apprehensive regarding the current health situation, please join us when things return more to normal.

Some other changes for the time being to ensure a smooth & safe operation include the following: Reservations are required (we recommend calling us as far ahead as possible!). There is a two hour time limit for any table - if you are late, you will unfortunately be cutting into your allotted time. Furthermore, we ask that all guests wait in their cars until the entire party has arrived and then enter as a group. For the moment, we are not booking private parties and reservations only up to 8 people are taken.

We have truly missed you and can’t wait to catch up! April marks 16 years of business for Teaberry’s and we are elated to continue to serve you and help you make wonderful memories, albeit in a different fashion right now. Your kindness, understanding & patience will be crucial as we navigate this new realm together.

We hope to see you soon!

Susan & Sara
